Saturday, Oct 25, there was a fall festival going on at Mays High School. In the parking lots, it turns into a celebration for families, students, and everybody coming together

and enjoying a day filled with laughter, music, activities, and entertainment. The event hours include horseback riding, a giant slide, an exciting bounce house, and a health screening, performing wellness checks, as well as a haunted house for those who feel brave, looking to be spooked and creeped out. Plenty of tasty treats to enjoy, we had food trucks, cotton candy, cupcakes, snow cones, and popcorn. Ms. Cole, “The popcorn is really good.” Everywhere you looked, people were smiling, taking pictures, and making memories with friends and family. There was something for everybody to enjoy, for the kids and for the alumni. Field trip down memory lane, adding to the celebration, bringing back the energy and pride, Class Of 2006 returns to Mays High School, coming back to the nostalgia where they once left from a long time back, dancing and smiling with all the people who graduated from that year. Overall, the fall festival was a fun-filled day that I will never forget.
